One free use of an e-bike with transport trailer for sustainable shopping (the bike is shared among all flats and can be rented for a maximum of one hour) (summer)

With heated boot dryer (summer, winter)
- Barbecue area in the courtyard (summer)
- Sun terrace with loungers (summer and winter)
- Free change of towels
- Washing facilities:
Washing machine is available for free use. We also offer a free change of towels.
- Electric car charging station:
There is a charging station for e-cars available at the car park for a fee.
- Pets:
Pets are only allowed on request. If you are travelling with pets, please note that there is a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per pet per night.
