Cancellation conditions summer 2024
- Up to 15 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 14 days before arrival or less: 90 % cancellation fee
- Deposit: 30% after the booking has been made
Cancellation conditions winter 2024
- 6 days before arrival or less: 90 % cancellation fee
- 30 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
- Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation-
Deposit: 30% after the booking has been made
Arrival:
Your apartment will be ready for you from 4 p.m.
If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask for notification.
Departure:
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 09:00 am on your day of departure
A surcharge will be charged for later approval.
Local taxes:
The prices are exclusive of the local tax of € 4.00 per person (from the age of 15)
2024: Local tax exempt born 2009-2024, chargeable from born 2008.
Deposit:
A damage deposit of € 300.00 is required on arrival. This is deposited in cash.
Smoking is not allowed!
Parties / events are not allowed.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request.
Pets are allowed in our rooms for a surcharge of € 20.00 per day (excluding pet food).
Washing facilities
Washing machine is available for free use. We also offer a free change of towels.
