Our house is a place of relaxation and recreation. In a quiet location, surrounded by nature, we offer the ideal retreat for families and guests who value respectful interaction with each other and with nature, both in summer and winter. We value a pleasant atmosphere and sociable people. However, we are not geared towards party guests and prefer a quiet, respectful environment to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing stay at the Anraitl.

With the exception of the cancellation policy (sections 5.5 and 5.6) and arrival/departure regulations (sections 4.1 and 4.3), the General Terms and Conditions for the hospitality industry apply. ÖHVB
Cancellation conditions summer
- 6 days before arrival 90,00 % of the total price
- 30 days before arrival 70,00 % of the total price
- Cancellation free of charge up to 31 day(s) before arrival
Deposit: 30% upon completion of the booking
Cancellation conditions winter
- 6 days before arrival 90.00 % of the total price
- 29 days before arrival 70.00 % of the total price
- 60 days before arrival 50.00 % of the total price
- up to 61 days before arrival free cancellation
Deposit: 30% on completion of the booking
Arrival:
Your apartment will be ready for you from 4 p.m.
If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask for notification.
Departure:
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 09:00 am on your day of departure
A surcharge will be charged for later approval.
Local taxes:
The resort tax will be charged separately per person per day. Rate: € 5,00
Children up to 15 years of age do not pay the local tax.
Deposit:
A damage deposit of € 300.00 is required on arrival. This is deposited in cash.
Smoking is not allowed!
Parties / events are not allowed.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request.
Pets are allowed in our rooms for a surcharge of € 20.00 per day (excluding pet food).
Washing facilities
Washing machine is available for free use. We also offer a free change of towels.
