Brand-new ground floor apartment with 3 double rooms, each with a bathroom with shower/WC. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and much more). Dining area and comfortable pull-out sofa (for the 7th and 8th person). Flat screen TV and access to the sunny south terrace with magnificent views of Sölden. Size: approx. 80 m².
RATES
*Price: Apartment 1- 6 persons per night excl. local tax and final cleaning
Final cleaning € 15 per person
If the apartment is still available two weeks in advance, the required minimum stay will be reduced to 4 days.
Ötztal Inside summer card from 4.6. until 4.10. valid!
Arrival:
Your apartment will be ready for you from 4 p.m.
If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask for notification.
Departure:
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 09:00 am on your day of departure
A surcharge will be charged for later approval.
Local taxes:
The resort tax will be charged separately per person per day. Rate: € 5,00
Children up to 15 years of age do not pay the local tax.
Deposit:
A damage deposit of € 300.00 is required on arrival. This is deposited in cash.
Smoking is not allowed!
Parties / events are not allowed.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request.
Pets are allowed in our rooms for a surcharge of € 20.00 per day (excluding pet food).
Washing facilities
Washing machine is available for free use. We also offer a free change of towels.
